It’s well known that McDonald’s is a feel good brand. What customers may not realise is that food safety is and has always been, a number 1 priority.

Our task was to reassure customers of our hygiene standards – and demonstrate that everyone at McDonald’s works to ensure that the food we serve is safe and enjoyable
And, we had to tell the story in a way only McDonald’s knows how…

Most people associate the foodie phenomenon with an interest in exclusive food. But, what if we created a new type of foodie by encouraging customers to enjoy their own little moments of sharing with McDonald’s affordable and good quality food?
We redefined what it means to be a foodie.

People want to know where McDonald’s food comes from.
To answer this, we came up with the Know Our Food. Know Our People campaign. This campaign brings people closer to the source of our food and dispels the myths while celebrating the real heroes – the farmers who grow our food.
